WHAT OUR STUDENTS ARE SAYING
The Train the Trainer course gave me a confidence and clarity that I didn’t fully expect to happen going into it. This course not only enhanced my knowledge base but also gave me the tools to make it my own. I feel equipped to take what I learned and really put it into practice to continue to improve my training practice, teaching skills and horse care management. I highly recommend this course for any equestrian professional seeking to improve their focus and goals of horse first training.
Changing the world for horses and their humans, one course at a time.
EquiClarity Train the Trainer
This two-day immersive workshop is designed for riding instructors, trainers, and equine educators who want to deepen their impact and refine their teaching. Led by Helen Ingersoll, equine professional, educator, and coach - Train the Trainer blends hands-on horse and rider evaluation strategies with a holistic, horse-first philosophy. You'll learn to identify movement patterns, assess equine and rider readiness, create individualized progress plans, and troubleshoot with confidence—all while honoring the emotional and physical welfare of every horse-human pair.
Participants leave with a comprehensive workbook, immediate tools for application, and a renewed sense of clarity and connection in their professional practice. A follow-up 1:1 coaching call is included to integrate what you've learned.
One on One Horse and Rider Evaluation
This one-time, comprehensive evaluation is designed to provide insight into the current status of both horse and rider—together and individually. Using a whole-horse approach, we’ll assess physical condition, movement, behavior, and training gaps. For the rider, we’ll evaluate biomechanics, communication style, and alignment with the horse’s needs and capabilities.
The session includes:
In-hand and under-saddle observation
Targeted feedback and collaborative discussion
A written summary with key findings
A customized recommendation plan (training, lessons, or next steps)
Best For:
New clients starting a training relationship
Riders seeking a professional second opinion
Owners wondering, “What’s next?” with their horse’s development
