Bring the work to your barn.

EquiClarity clinics are available for host facilities nationwide. If you have a barn, an arena, and a community of riders who are ready to go deeper, this is built for you.

A clinic with Helen is not a demonstration.

A clinic is a collaborative working session that meets your riders where they are, challenges their assumptions, and gives them tools they'll use long after the weekend is over.

Every EquiClarity clinic begins with a conversation: Helen meets with each host beforehand to define the theme and focus of the event, so the work is designed for your specific community.

Every format includes private sessions, group work, off-the-horse reflection, and connection to the EquiClarity heartbeat.chat community because the most important learning often happens when you're not in the saddle, and the work shouldn't stop when the clinic weekend ends.

Helen travels nationally to host facilities.

Available clinic formats

The 1-Day Connection Clinic Aligning Intentions with Actions for Optimal Connection with Your Horse

A full day of private sessions, group groundwork, and structured reflection — bookended by an opening evening the night before to set the tone for everything that follows.

Evening before (meet & greet): Helen meets with the group for an off-the-horse facilitated session — introductions, intention-setting, and a conversation about the theme of the clinic. This is where the real work begins. Riders leave the evening knowing what to pay attention to, what questions to bring to their session, and what the day is actually about.

Clinic day:

  • Morning: Group groundwork session: We explore presence, body awareness, and building trust from the ground

  • Private lessons focused on rider position, communication, and alignment in movement

  • Afternoon: Group reflection, Q&A, and integration of the day's themes

  • Closing circle

Up to 8 riders. Audit spots available.

Host investment: $1,500 (Host provides travel, accommodation, and meals for Helen)

The 2-Day Dressage Clinic The full EquiClarity experience

Two days of intensive, structured work allowing for up to 10 private sessions per day, group groundwork or reflection sessions, and educational workshop time. Opening evening the night before is suggested to set the foundation.

Evening before (meet & greet): An off-the-horse facilitated session with the full group. Helen introduces the theme, the participants introduce themselves and their horses, and the group collectively sets its intention for the weekend. Riders consistently report that this session changes how they show up the next morning.

Clinic days:

  • Day 1: Evaluation-informed private sessions + group groundwork

  • Day 2: Progressive private sessions + group reflection + educational workshop

  • Welcome packet and workbook included for all participants

Up to 10 riders per day. Audit spots available.

Host investment: $2,600 (two days) (Host provides travel, accommodation, and meals for Helen)

The heartbeat.chat community

The work doesn't stop when the clinic ends.

One of the most common things riders say after a clinic weekend is that they want to hold onto the clarity they found — but aren't sure how to do that alone. That's exactly what the EquiClarity heartbeat.chat community is for.

Every clinic participant receives a free invitation to join the community — a space for ongoing learning, weekly prompts, peer support, and direct access to the EquiClarity framework between sessions and clinics. Think of it as off-the-horse support that keeps the insights from the weekend alive and working.

The community is free to join for all EquiClarity clinic participants. Learn more about the community →
